Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To ensure optimal management of our availability, respect the professional’s time, and allow other patients to access open time slots, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: You may reschedule your consultation at no additional cost or receive a full refund if payment was made in advance. To do so, please send us an email at info@priveosante.com. Be sure to include the full name of the person who booked the appointment, as well as the date and time of the appointment in your message.
Same-day appointments or appointments within 24 hours, no-show, or significant lateness: An administrative fee of $100 will be charged. Until these fees are paid, it will unfortunately not be possible to book another appointment.

|| Cancellation Policy and No-show or late arrival policy: : In the event of a no-show without prior notice or a delay of more than 10 minutes, an administrative fee of $100 will apply. Steps to Register for the Patient Portal

Activate Your Account : To begin, ask your healthcare professional or the clinic's administrative team to activate your account. Once activated, you will receive a welcome email containing your username and a temporary password.

Access the Patient Portal : Click on the link to the patient portal included in the welcome email. This will direct you to the portal login page.
Log In to Your Account : Sign in using your username (your email address) and the temporary password provided in the email.

Create a New Password : Enter a new password and confirm it. Ensure that the password is at least 8 characters long, including one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.

Medical services are generally non-taxable. However, certain administrative fees, particularly for forms or reports, are considered taxable supplies. This includes services such as medical reports, certificates, and other required administrative documents.
