How to Register for the Patient Portal

As a patient of the clinic, the portal offers you several benefits :


  • Receive notifications and reminders for your appointments;
  • Receive messages from your doctor, healthcare professional, or the clinic;
  • Access certain documents (forms, exam requests, consultation requests, lab results, etc.) sent by your doctor or the clinic.


Steps to Register for the Patient Portal


  1. Activate Your Account : To begin, ask your healthcare professional or the clinic's administrative team to activate your account. Once activated, you will receive a welcome email containing your username and a temporary password.



  1. Access the Patient Portal : Click on the link to the patient portal included in the welcome email. This will direct you to the portal login page.


  1. Log In to Your Account : Sign in using your username (your email address) and the temporary password provided in the email.



  1. Create a New Password : Enter a new password and confirm it. Ensure that the password is at least 8 characters long, including one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.


  1. Accept Terms and Conditions : Read the terms and conditions of use and check the box indicating that you accept these terms.


  1. Finalize Registration : Click "Save." Your patient portal account is now active and ready to use.
